Refunds and returns policy

At Bistro Wholesale, we believe that our customers deserve the best possible shopping experience. To ensure this, we have established a comprehensive returns policy that puts your needs first.

Order Cancellation

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your order, and we want to make the process as easy as possible for you. You can cancel your order at any time before it is shipped. If you need to make changes to your order or cancel it after it has been paid, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Please note that once the packaging and shipping process has started, we cannot cancel your order.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you encounter any issues with your order, we will do everything we can to make it right. We offer refunds or reshipment for ordered products under the following circumstances:

  • You do not receive your order within 45 days, excluding the 2-5 day processing time
  • You receive the wrong item
  • You receive a product that you do not want, provided that it is unused and returned at your expense

Please note that we cannot issue refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control, such as providing an incorrect shipping address
  • Your order is delayed due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or customs delays

If you need to request a refund, you can do so within 15 days after the guaranteed delivery period has expired by sending a message to us through our Contact Us page.

Damages and Issues

We take great care in packaging and shipping your order to ensure that it arrives in pristine condition. If you receive a defective or damaged item, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue for you.

Exchanges

We understand that sometimes you may want to exchange an item for a different one. The fastest way to do this is to return the original item, and once we have received it and accepted the return, you can make a new purchase for the item you want.
