Shipping Policy

At Bistro Wholesale, we aim to provide our customers with the best possible service when it comes to shipping. We offer free domestic shipping up to $100, and we utilize a network of trusted couriers, including Auspost, DHL, Aramex, TNT, and Ali Express.

Processing

We process orders during normal business hours, Monday to Friday. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing, and note that orders received after 2PM will begin being processed the following business day.

Shipping Time

Shipping times can vary depending on your location, whether it's inner city, regional, or remote. The majority of orders are received overnight when using express shipping, but couriers can have logistical issues that can impact the speed of your delivery. While we double-check addresses, it's ultimately your responsibility to ensure that your address is correct when you place the order.

In the event that you enter an incorrect address, you will be charged a small handling fee and the resulting shipping fee. We offer a sign-on-delivery option at checkout, which reduces the chance of your item being left at and stolen from your front door.

We are glad to offer our customers free shipping from our warehouses in the Australia via USPS. We also ship to over 200 countries worldwide, although there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries, we will contact you.

Customs

Please be aware that we are not responsible for any custom fees that may apply once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may incur custom fees upon arrival in your country.

Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. However, sometimes tracking may not be available for free shipping. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
